The Auxiliary works closely with the Planning Department of the MGH in identifying worthwhile projects, and expenditures, which will support their Mission and Objectives. Funds disbursements are for the MGH mainly, as well as for several local charities.

The Auxiliary's mandate is to provide care and comfort for patients of the Montreal General Hospital.
